This is a pin woven dress with crocheted details and a crocheted shrug.
You will need a 4” square, a 2x4” rectangle and a 4” triangle loom for this dress. It will use a F hook for the shrug. You do not need the Multi Looms, but they are the Best!

You will need Anne Geddes Baby sport weight yarns. 85 yds Light Mint, 65 yds Grass, and a few yards of the Tangerine for the trim. The Crocheted Shrug uses about 55 yds.
