Instructions are given in four sizes, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months and 9-12 months. The rompers are knitted bottom up. The back and front are worked to the top of the leg openings as separate pieces and are joined to knit the body in one piece. The front and back are then worked separately to form the front and back bib sections. Instructions are given for three different cable front panels, honeycomb, barley sugar and love hearts. Once the side seam is completed, stitches are picked up around the leg openings to work the leg borders. This is suitable for an intermediate knitter.
Yarn used is 100% cotton, 50g balls which were 170m in length.
Other 4-ply yarn can be used but check the yardage per ball and adjust accordingly. You will also need a cable needle (2.5mm)
