Sugar Floss
This airy cocoon of a cowl, with its swirls of openwork and cable patterning, provides a pretty barrier between you and the elements when the colds winds roar. The pattern includes three sizes (S/M/L), but is easily adjusted for a longer or wider piece. The simple pattern is very approachable for novices, but also engaging and fun for experienced knitters when a quick gift or travel project is called for. Work in a fluffy yarn as shown for a lighter-than-air result; a smoother yarn will offer more depth and stitch definition.
