Celebrate Pi Day (March 14) with this basic beanie which features only a single band of colorwork.

Bring some fun to your math or science geek by making this hat in their favorite colors.

You’ll need approximately 55 grams (120 yards) of worsted weight yarn in the main color, and about 5.5 grams (12 yards) of the contrast color to make a hat measuring 8.5” tall and 18” around the bottom band (unstretched).
