Knit a summer top with a baby-doll flared skirt for your 18” doll such as the American Girl Doll, My London Girl and comparable Gotz and Madame Alexander dolls. If you substitute yarn, choose one with a bit of drape so the flared increases can flow and look their best! Tetra Cotton has great drape for this, and for a winter look, use Felted Tweed DK and lengthen the sleeves.
