My Cable Stripe stitch pattern, using simple tecniques, creates an all-over textured detail for the socks. This pattern is recommended for the confident knitter with intermediate or above experience. A solid or tonal/semi-solid color yarn looks very attractive for this design, but also suited for the special gently speckled yarns.
