Pattern is considered intermediate because the design on the skirt requires four rows of work to obtain the shell design. Patter is in written description. The back of the halter is open and it ties at the neck and waist.

4 oz 4 ply yarn (2 oz each color)
Yarn Needle

( I used I Love This Cotton and Caron Simply Soft)

I Love this Cotton made a slightly larger halter but since they are tied on this slight difference is not as important. Remember to make your ties long enough for your little one. Each child is different this helps adjust to this size of your little one.
