Recommended Ease: Wear with 0-2” positive ease. The pattern has no built-in ease. The sample is knit for a 42” bust size with 0” of ease.

Suggested Yarn: any DK weight yarn in Cotton or Cotton Blend that allows you to obtain gauge

Sample Knit in Rico Design Luxury, Cotton, Silk, Cashmere 50g, 110m/120yards (75% cotton, 15% silk, 10% cashmere)

Yardage: 407, 455, 502 (599, 648, 773, 827) 880, 1032, 1090, 1148 yards/ 373, 417, 460 (548, 593, 707) 757, 805, 944, 997, 1050 meters

Please note you may need extra yardage/meters if knitting the garment a longer length

Gauge: 27.5 sts & 27.4 rounds = 4” in Arrow Chevron pattern in the round, washed and blocked

Needles: US 6 (4.0mm needle) for setup, US 5 (3.75mm needles) for body and US 3 (3.25mm) for neck

Notions: Removable stitch markers, spare yarn or stitch holder, tapestry needle

Special Techniques: Casting on, knitting in the round, knitting flat, bottom-up, lace knitting, holding stitches, whipstitching

Construction: The crop top is knitted bottom-up, in the round until the underarm and then stitches are bound off. The front and back are then knit separately with the back portion being split into two sections for the keyhole design. The strap is knitted flat and separately and then woven through the whipstitched neckline to connect the front and back pieces.
