This belt is fun to make!

Pattern has written instructions with pictures and a video demonstrating the stitches.

In this tutorial you will learn to do the “long double crochet”. It is no more difficult than a regular double crochet, but looks fantastic.

This belt can also be worn as a headband or tied around a summer hat. The belt will look GREAT on any summer dress, tunic, kimonos, and beach wear. You choose if you will wear it high rise (around the waist) or low rise (around the hips): just take your measurments and subtract 10 cm / 4 inches.

The wooden beads are optional.

Any light cotton yarn would work, I buy mine in France.

Cette ceinture est super fun à crocheter. Vous la ferez à vos mesures, vous décidez si vous la porterez à la taille ou sur les hanches. Cette ceinture peut aussi servir de bandeau de tête ou comme décoration nouée autour d’un chapeau d’été.

Le tutoriel contient les instructions écrites détaillées, avec images, et une vidéo de démonstration du point utilisé.

Les perles en bois sont optionnelles.

J’utilise le fil Ecocoton de chez Phildar mais tout autre coton fonctionnera tant que vous êtes à peu près dans le même échantillon (pelote de 50 grammes pour 110 mètres, crochet 3,5mm).
