This light summer accessory achieves an airy aesthetic with the “less is more” design concept. Featuring contrasting yarn-over techniques, this project includes three different eyelet stitch patterns that visually express the creative use of negative space. The merging eyelets on each end are separated from the dropped yarn-over middle section by a row of beads. Added during the knitting process with a crochet hook, these beads provide a shimmering bit of glam on a sunny day or a moonlit night. Dimension: approximately 60” long, 5.5” wide. Gauge not critical unless a different weight yarn or needle is chosen. Note: choose 24 beads that have a large enough hole to accommodate the crochet hook.
