This cotton shawl is perfect for chilly summer evenings.

I created this as a way to use up some cotton yarn I have in my stash. It is made with worsted weight cotton yarn, such as Bernat Handicrafter. I used a selection of 5 colours for this shawl, 2 small balls of Bernat Handicrafter in each colour..

The stitches required for this pattern are garter and yarn over, with two sections using yarn over stitches to create the netting sections.

This is an easy project to knit, good for beginners.
