The Summer Escape Shoulder Bag is the perfect bag for summer fun! The bag is crocheted in a variation of the granny stitch, and it can be lined to use as a handbag or left unlined to use as a market bag. The yarn used for this project is Omega Sinfonia, a size 3 mercerized cotton, which is available online. The bag is shown in a solid unlined version and a striped lined version. Basic instructions for reinforcing the bottom and lining the bag (sewing experience necessary) are included in the pattern. This is an intermediate level project.

Finished Measurements
Unlined version: 12” high, 12 ½” wide, 15” strap drop.
Lined version with flat, reinforced bottom: 10 ½” high, 12 ½” wide, 3” deep base, 15” strap drop.
