Summer Evening
The “Summer Evening” woman’s cardigan, a lightweight garment for a warm summer evening, is worked seamlessly from the neck down in back- and forth rows, using the contiguous method developed by Susie Myers, SusieM on Ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/people/SusieM). Sleeves are worked in the round.
You will need:
– yarn: Rico Design Creative Cotton Aran (100% cotton, 50 g – 85 m),
– US 6 - 4.0 mm and US 2½ - 3.0 mm circular knitting needles, or other size to obtain gauge.
– stitch markers, tapestry needle, stitch holder or waste yarn.
– 4 buttons, diameter 1 cm
Sizes:
32 (34; 36; 38) (40; 42; 44) (46; 48; 50)
Difficulty level:
Medium (co, k, k2tog, kfb, p, pfb, ssk, skp, sl1-k2tog-psso, bo, knitting in the round on circular needles, st st in the round, simple lace, M1R, M1L)
The 11-page pattern contains detailed instructions, the lace part is written out and charted at the same time.
