Inspired by the pretty lace pattern from my Summer Flowers socks pattern, I incorporated it into a shawl pattern. Drapey and soft, romantic and feminine. This shawl is perfect for those first cool days of autumn. I knit the sample in pink but fall is around the corner so I can’t help but think this shawl would look amazing in an autumnal even wintery colorway.

The Shawl is a classic triangle. There is a bit of garter, then a lace section held double with mohair for added softness and finished with a bit more garter and a picot bind off. The pattern has written instructions and for the lace portion it is both written and charted.
