The “Summer Morning” girl’s cardigan, a lightweight garment for a warm summer morning, is worked seamlessly from the neck down in back- and forth rows, using the contiguous method developed by Susie Myers, SusieM on Ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/people/SusieM). Sleeves are worked in the round.

You will need:
– yarn: Rico Design Creative Cotton Aran (100% cotton, 50 g – 85 m),
– US 6 - 4.0 mm and US 2½ - 3.0 mm circular knitting needles, or other size to obtain gauge.
– stitch markers, tapestry needle, stitch holder or waste yarn.
– 2, 2 (3, 3, 3) (3, 4, 4) buttons, diameter 1 cm
