Knitted laced beach cover up with a strap, made in two rectangular parts sewn toghether on the back and sides, mirroring each other.

Languages: the pattern is available in Polish (PL in the name) and English (EN in the name).

Level: beginner to intermediate. The pattern is repetitive, experienced knitters will find it easy, less experienced will have the opportunity to practice, as it includes yarnovers, sts knitted together and knitting from rows below. The pattern also includes sewing instructions.

The pattern includes two size options: S/M/L and L/XL/XXL.
For the bigger sizes you may also decide to follow the S/M/L pattern using thicker yarn and bigger size needles. Remember, the finished piece is very loose. Sizes here are only indicative, it all depends on your personal preferences, the yarn used and the knitting tension applied.

For the cover up in the photos, I used less than 1000 m of Kokonek Soft (268) yarn (3 threads) (2x500 m) + a tiny amount for tassels & strap. I knitted with needles size 4,5 - I chose this size intentionally, to make the piece more see-through.

With this amount of yarn, the finished S/M/L size cover up shown in the photos measures (flat): back width: +/- 100 cm, length: +/- 68 cm (+ tassels). The measurements will vary depending on the yarn and needles used, as well as your technique and blocking results (should you chose to block it).

Suggestion: print the pattern in horizontal orientation ;)
