Summer Party Shawl
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
This is a very simple crochet shawl or scarf depending on how big you want to make it.
Lots of beads, over 2000 if you do the bigger size, but - have no fear you bead as you go rather than stringing them all on the yarn to begin with.
So, 2 balls of Sekku and a few hours later a lovely shawl, suitable to put over your shoulders when the summer tea parties (that you obviously attend) get a bit chilly and the Pimms is too weak to keep you warm. You could always switch to gin if you don’t want to do the crochet.
About 800m of lace weight will do the size that I made 25cm x 180cm, I’m currently working on a smaller version, the pattern is available for it and photos will follow.
