This gorgeous wrap was designed and knitted for the OKFiberfest Fashion Show for me to rock down the runway, in Okanogan, WA (spring each year). Summer Runway is knitted flat on size US7 needles. The featured design has 896 beads, which consist of both size 2’s (the edges) and size 6 beads (all optional!). The featured yarn is Birch Hollow Fibers, in Little Bit Of Tude, DK. This design is “one size” but can easily be adjusted by going up or down a needle size and/or yarn weight. The gauge for the featured wrap is 5-6 stitches per inch. Materials needed: 2 skeins of Birch Hollow Fibers DK, size US7 needles, up to 896 glass beads (optional), stranding needle or crochet hook, and a darning needle.
