This cowl is a delight! Using a large hook with the WW yarn creates a fabric that’s light and airy with amazing stretch. The pattern works up very quickly using only about 160 yds of yarn so it’s a great stash buster too!

I think this pattern looks best with a striping yarn like I used in the picture or a solid color. A variegated yarn, unfortunately, will loose the definition of the stitches and rows. Just a heads ups as you pick the yarn for your project! :)

I used a Susan Bates P/11.5mm plastic hook. I realize this particular hook may be hard to find so any larger hook around this size that you may have will work just fine!
