Summerland is a top-down, large deep crescent shape shawl. Some of the stitches used are by talented designer Naomi Parkhurst with her permission.

There is some patterning on the wrong side in the middle of the shawl, but it is quite intuitive and not difficult. The shawl will showcase your skills and will benefit from a yarn with a slight sheen.

Suggested beading is quite light and aimed at keeping the weight of the shawl down, but may be omitted.
