Summerleaf Babywearing Jacket Insert turns any jacket into a babywearing jacket! A babywearing jacket allows you to wear a baby or child in a carrier or wrap on your stomach, and then wrap the jacket around both of you to share warmth. It makes it a low threshold to quickly go out the door, you don’t have to put so much clothes on the baby and you don’t have to wear bulky outerwear and clothes inside the baby carrier/shawl. With Summerleaf Babywearing Jacket Insert you can use your jackets as normal and as a babywearing jacket, and after the wearing period you can use it as a normal jacket again.

The recipe requires 14-18 buttons, needle size 3.5mm and 2-3 skeins of Drops Merino Extra Fine or yarn of similar thickness and knitting strength.

NB, you must use a carrier or shawl or similar under the jacket that holds the baby up.
