Summertime Cowl is a simple one skein project for those bright speckled yarns that will add some fun to your spring and summer wardrobe.

Pattern Specs

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner

Size: 13” tall and 68” in circumference (33cm tall and 170cm in circumference)

Yarn Requirements: 437 yards (400 meters) of fingering weight yarn

Yarn used in Pattern: 1 skein of Hedgehog Fibres Sock in colour Boombox - fingering weight 90% Merino, 10% Nylon 437 yards (400 meters) per skein

Needles and Notions: US 8 (5.0mm) circular needle 32” (80 cm) long or whatever size you need to obtain gauge, tapestry needle, pins for blocking

Gauge:
13 stitches and 25 rows over 4” in Stockinette Stitch after wet blocking
13 stitches and 18 rows over 4” in Eyelet Stitch after wet blocking

Gauge is not crucial to this pattern but deviations from suggested yarn weight could result in larger or smaller end product and more or less yardage.
