Summertime Baby Bucket Hat is a very simple crochet pattern for a baby/child bucket hat. Pattern uses aran weight yarn and 5 mm crochet hook. It works up quickly in few hours and makes a great accessory for your baby or as a present!

PATTERN LEVEL:
Easy (crochet in the round, knowledge of motifs)

MATERIALS:
Aran (weight 4) yarn (cotton, bamboo) - I used Paintbox cotton aran - ~60/82/90/106 metres
(~66/90/99/116 yards)
5 mm crochet hook (or size to obtain gauge)
Scissors
Tapestry needle

GAUGE:
2 rows of DC to 1” and 3 DC to 0.5”

SIZES:
1) 0-6 months, c. 12-14”
2) 6-12 months, c. 14-16”
3) toddler, c. 16-17”
4) child, c. 17-19”
