This is a pattern for a cotton/rayon (or yarn of choice), hand-knit shrug. My daughter requested a drop stitch shrug for her birthday, and this pattern is the result. She wanted something that came down to the waist, so this shrug is longer than some! It is a very simple pattern. The sleeves are embellished with a decorative rib stitch in simple knit and purl, and the rest of the shrug is also very simple. I have given instructions for three sizes (S-M-L), but I have also included instructions for how to make adjustments to the length or width and customize this shrug for YOU!

This is a wonderful summertime project. The shrug knits up quickly and is lightweight.
