Summery Tank Top
About the Pattern
The clean lines, gentle A-line shape, and pretty contrast I-cord trim of this tank top combine for a relaxed summer wardrobe staple. Designed to flatter, this tank is meant to be worn with a little (or no) ease at the bust, and then gently swing out from there. Knit in a soft cotton-silk blend for drape and to help keep you cool. Pattern has been test-knit and tech-edited.

Pattern Notes
The Summer Tank is knit from the bottom-up. First, front and back ribbing are worked separately, and then joined for knitting in the round. Evenly spaced decreases give the tank its gentle A-line shape. At the underarms, front and back bodices are separated, knit back and forth and then joined at the shoulders with a 3 needle bind-off. Lastly, stitches are picked up around the armholes and the neckline and finished with an I-cord bind-off. Links to helpful videos are provided in the pattern.
Errata
Under armhole trim it should read, “For a snugger fitting armhole, pick up stitches at a rate of one stitch for every two rows; or, three stitches for every four rows for a looser armhole.” This change has been added to most recent version of pattern.
