This pattern is written for 9 different sizes (traditionally XS-5XL in the US (28-60” (71cm-152cm) waist, 33-65” (84-165cm) hip)), but it includes instructions on how to adjust it to other sizes. Sizes have been tested by crocheters of all levels; this pattern is best suited for advanced beginners.

The pattern is written in English using US terminology. It includes step-by-step instructions and images. There are three files: the original, full-color PDF; the printable, black-and-white without-images PDF; and the tester photos PDF.

Materials:
5mm crochet hook
310-1535 total yds (379-1304 m) of aran/worsted/size 4 yarn (depends on size)
Scissors
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle

I’ve used both Wool and the Gang’s Shiny Happy Cotton and Lion Brand’s 24/7 Cotton to make this design. I recommend using a similar cotton yarn for your own skirt.
