Sunde Slipover
Sunde Slipover is a striped vest knitted top-down. First the back section is knitted, and afterwards stitches are picked up on each side to create the shoulder and neck shaping. Then the stitches from the front and back sections are gathered, and the body is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch on the same needle. The vest is finished with a wide ribbing on the body and the armholes, and finally stitches are picked up for the neckband. The neckband is knitted in rib and is folded double and knitted or sewn down.
Sunde Slipover should have a positive ease of approximately 6-8 cm. Knit a gauge swatch before you begin so that you can be certain you achieve the correct gauge. Recommended help videos are linked at the bottom of the pattern.
