Easy crochet sunflower pattern.
Flower diameter ~ 2in/0,05yd/5cm, stem length as you wish (I have 5,1in/0,1yd/13cm), using the recommended materials.

Remember that size and appearance of the sunflower depends on the density and characteristics of your crochet, and also on the used materials and tools.

Materials and tools:

1. Crochet hook (I use 2mm size to metric size range / size B-1 to US size range. If you crochet with other types of yarn, choose the size of crochet hook suitable for yarn’s thickness);
2. Stuffing materials (I use hollow fiber);
3. Scissors;
4. Wire 4 gauge / 0.2in / 5,2mm to metric size range (optional, you can crochet sunflower without stem or stem without wire frame). Choose the length depending on the desired length of the sunflower stalk + 0,6in/0,02yd/1.5cm for its bending. I used 5,1in/0,1yd/13cm;
5. Insulating tape for wire ends wrapping;
6. Yellow, brown and green yarn (weight category 2: Fine, Type Sport, 5 ply, 12 wpi). I use:

• YarnArt Jeans (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 6299in/175yd/160m; 1,76oz/50g) color green 69 and yellow 35,
• Alize Cotton Gold (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 12992in/361yd/330m; 3,53oz/100g) color 690 brown;
