These handy little baskets are great for keeping your small bits and bobs tidy, or would make a beautiful centre piece for your coffee table.

I have used 2 strands of Aran/Worsted weight 100% cotton yarn held together, to match my Sunflower coasters. If you’re not making a matching set, you can use any yarn weight or type to create different sizes.

My finished basket measures approximately 19cm/7.5” in diameter tip to tip, with an internal basket diameter of 11cm/4.25” and depth of 3.5cm/1.5”. You can easily adjust for any depth.

You will need:
Aran/Worsted weight cotton yarn in Brown and Yellow (approx. 40g/75yds of each colour),
6mm hook or size to achieve tight stitches,
a stitch marker, yarn needle, and scissors.
