My mother in law loves sunflowers. The way the yellow petals look against a bright blue sky near her California home is just stunning. The green edging on this coaster is inspired by beautiful spring/summer days in my hometown where the green trees and bright blue sky urge me to get outdoors and enjoy the sun.
I hope you enjoy this pattern as much as I did. I’m considering making matching place settings and napkin rings to brighten my kitchen.
These could also easily be used as a washcloth and face cloth set for a cheery washroom.
