This a pattern for a Sunflower Drawstring Bag using the Sunburst Granny Square method! Gorgeous bag that can be used for going shopping, days out or music festivals (when we’re allowed to again!).

This lovely bag can be made to any size you desire! My bag is 7 x 7” which can fit my phone, keys, small purse, hand sanitiser and hand wipes! It does start getting a little heavy if you start adding more so I tend to just keep my phone in my back pocket :)

Gauge is not important for this pattern.

You will need:

• 5mm hook
• Yarn (Aran or Cotton Aran)
• Tapestry needle (for weaving in your ends)
• Scissors
