You will need to be familiar with single, double and treble crochet stitches, and working into the front post. You will need:
-approximately 2350-2650m/2570-2898yds of DK weight yarn (double knitting, light worsted, #3)
-a 4mm and a 3mm hook
-stitch markers

The finished blanket measures approximately 109cm (43”) wide and 122cm (48”) long, measured at the widest/longest points. Size can be adjusted by altering the number of motifs - this will affect the amount of yarn required.

Since this blanket is made up of several individual motifs, there are a LOT of ends to sew in. I strongly recommend weaving in ends as you go!
