Featuring 12 beautifully designed, generous pockets that easily hold chicken, turkey, and even duck eggs!
The pockets are DEEP and WIDE enough to safely and securely hold up to TWO CHICKEN EGGS PER POCKET !!! I’ve done it myself! … (don’t let the pictures fool you; I’ve just placed the eggs near the top so you can see that this is, indeed, an egg gathering apron…. I assure you, eggs sit well within the pocket. I’ve not lost one yet; and I test my aprons, personally, before publishing the pattern). I’ve even used this apron to collect tomatoes from the garden, it’s so versatile!
And, speaking of versatility, you can even tuck your phone into one pocket, (depending on phone size, of course) allowing you to gather your eggs hands-free and with ease!

This apron hangs beautifully, too! Sleek, elegant, flattering; featuring a beautiful waistband, lacey borders between pockets and the outer perimeter, ties that are sturdy (but aren’t so thick you can’t tie them) and best of all, this apron will never be referred to as “frumpy”!

A Few Important Details:

This is a DIGITAL PATTERN. Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and Reviews Section of your Etsy Account. Please allow a few minutes after purchase to receive your pattern. Etsy will also send you an email, providing you with a link for your purchase.

It’s important to note that although this is a NO SEW pattern, yarn ends will still need to be be secured via sewing or weaving; there’s no getting around that. Sorry.

Materials: A materials list is provided in the pattern, and includes the basics (hook size, yarn details, scissors, yarn needle, etc).

Finished Size - One size fits most. Apron panel is approximately 18” x 14”; the waistband and ties are adjustable as per size chart provided in pattern.

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate. Basic crochet knowledge and skills will be needed to complete this project.
