Sunlight in the Forest
A wide panel of dramatic lace runs down the center of this uniquely shaped shawlette. A simple garter background is broken up by bands of eyelets that hug the lace panel. The shawlette is finished with a delicate picot bind off. Only ONE skein of Fingering weight is needed to create this shawlette. (475 yards)
This pattern is written in a smaller shawlette size. (See dimensions directly below.) If you’d like to play with the pattern and use an additional skein of yarn to create a longer and wider shawl, this can be easily done by working more repeats of chart B.
