SUNLIT SHAWL

Sunlit Shawl is a light, airy shawl inspired by the sun and the way its beams navigate through and around the natural world. Semi circle in shape, Sunlit Shawl uses two silk blend yarns of the same colourway and different weights to create a stunning burnout effect. The shawl starts at the top center and works out to the main body and striping, finishing with a picot bind off. For an alternative version, try pairing different colourways together to create more pronounced stripes.
