Sunny Lou Dress
Released in celebration of my daughter’s 1st birthday, the Sunny Lou Dress is designed to be a layer of warmth on top of a summer’s dress in cool evenings. I wanted something that was easy to put on her, had room for her party dress underneath, and wasn’t too fancy but had a delicate touch. The larger gauge, forgiving yarn and slight positive ease gives this dress an incredibly comfortable fit, and it will grow with her to be next year’s summer top! On the flip side, it can easily lengthened - just work a few more inches of the skirt before beginning the trim.
