This is a pattern for a colorful, cheerful circle. Make two of them out of cotton and sew them together for a pretty potholder. Or use them as wall or table decoration. The diameter of each circle depends on the size of your yarn and hook. Worsted weight yarn and 4.5mm hook should yield the size of 6 in across.
