Sunrise Cable Beanie
A timeless cable beanie with endless possibilities, I’ve designed the Sunrise Cable Beanie as part of my series of gender-neutral winter hats. It makes use of the “slim brim,” an alternate method I developed for working from the bottom up, as well as multiple styles of cables and the extended single crochet stitch, which creates a flat, almost knit-like texture that allows the cabled sun motif on the top of the hat to really pop.
This pattern includes two pages of photos at the end for reference, as well as instructions for modifying to make a messy bun hat. The pattern is best suited to a crocheter who has worked with cables before.
Due to the nature of patterns, no returns can be made; however I am happy to provide pattern support on ravelry or facebook, so please ask if you’re stuck!
