Sunrise Cafetiere Cosy
This French Press cosy keeps your coffee warm because the cable & rib construction traps lots of air inside, providing good insulation.
This is a good first cable project or a straightforward project for an intermediate knitter. Only the larger cables are “real” cables - the rest is an easier cheat’s cable in eyelet rib. So it looks more complex than it is.
The standard size will fit most 1L (2pt) cafetieres - it was designed to fit both Bodum and Ikea cafetieres.
The sample took 60g of yarn so you can make two matching Sunrise Mug Hugs from the remainder of the second ball if you are careful. This would make a lovely set, especially for a gift. Buy the patterns together in Sunrise Home.
