What better than the sun to keep your hands warm in winter? Bringing both light and warmth to the coldest winter snap, Sunrise Mitts will cover your hands with solar beauty. Sunrise mitts are stranded half gloves worked in homespun with additional instructions for commercial yarns.

Spinning instructions are for 2ply yarns and make sunrise mitts a suitable project for experienced knitters who are new to spinning.

Sunrise Mitts are worked in one size with embroidered details. Using either commercial yarns or your own homespun creations, they are spare enough to be worked in the leftover scraps of other projects, and distinctive enough to make an impressive gift.

Gauge for homespun is 22 sts and 36 rnds = 4” 10cm.
