Sunrise Square is an afghan square, but you can use it in many other ways! I confess - I never, ever, made an afghan. Instead, I use my squares as pillow covers, pockets on a handbag, or even wall hangings.

This pattern is suitable for any yarn or thread. Therefore, gauge was not given, as the size of the finished square will depend on the yarn or thread weight. The pictured square was made with Aran Weight yarn and a 3mm hook (in order to create dense stitches), and its finished size is 22cm per side.
