Sunrise Stole
This stole uses Silkpaca in complimenting colours and is worked in a lacy corner to corner pattern resulting in diagonal stripes.
Silkpaca is 70% baby alpaca and 30% silk, which makes it 100% luscious. Soft, silky, with just a bit of a halo.
Materials
Malabrigo Silkpaca, one in Sunset and one in Pollen.
Equipment
3.50mm hook, needle for sewing in ends.
Tension
It is difficult to measure the tension as it works up quite small and requires blocking to full size.
Finished size
Approx 45cm x 140cm.
This yarn has a mind of its own. When blocking, stretch to the maximum you can. After blocking the stole will shrink as the yarn regains some of it elasticity.
