Beginner friendly pattern uses hdc and the bean stitch. I decided to use sunset colors on the blanket but I am sure you can use different colors. I used a 5.5 mm hook and Caron simply soft yarn each color I used approximately 315 yards of each color. Scrap yarn in white light Gray and the stars I used gold. I have a pattern for a bib available with the same pattern used in the blanket. Check out my store for the pattern.
