Note: When making the Middle size (Cast on 66 sts) :

Your instructions for the middle size would be :
Cast on 66 sts. (not divisible by 4)

Row 1 : K2, P2 to last 2 sts, ending K2.
Row 2: K2, P2 to last 2 sts, ending K2.

when you get to the body of the coat (92 sts) you will find that it is divisible by 4.
