I developed this crochet pattern to mimic boomerang knit shawls, but when it was done, I realized it looked more like a sail filled with wind than a boomerang.

This pattern has two options for the body - one for a solid or color-changing/self-striping yarn, the other for two solid colors worked in stripes based on the Fibonacci Sequence. I also included 3 options for the last row (edging) and an option to include beads along the lower edge of the shawl.
