This is a crochet pattern, no physical item. The easy crochet cocoon shrug for women has been inspired by the sun. The beautiful pattern of this jacket is lacy and reminds me of sun rays. The pattern is a 2 row repeat, and can be followed easily by a beginner also. This crochet cardigan is made in one piece, from a single rectangle, with no shaping. Minimal seaming is required to create armholes.

Material
Yarn: Any DK weight or weight 3 yarn can be used.
Suggested: Stylecraft Special DK (double knit), Shade: Spice 1711.
Material: 100% Premium acrylic. Yardage: 322 yards/ 295 m in 100 g/ 3.5 oz.
Amount needed: 129 (140, 159, 167, 187) (209, 236, 251, 260) g or 414 (452, 512, 536, 602) (672, 759, 807, 837) yards.
Hook: 5.5 mm/ I size crochet hook.
Note: For a change in size/ difference in yarn fiber, more yarn than stated may be required.
Notions: Tapestry needle, scissors, measuring tape, stitch markers/ safety pin.
