DK weight yarn
70 (90, 110, 120, 140, 150) yards MC
15 (15, 15, 20, 20, 20) yards each of 6 CCs
Samples Show in various and sundry DK weight hand-dyed yarns.
Gauge
22 sts & 26 rounds / 4” in stranded colourwork using larger needles
Needles
US #3 / 3.25mm DPNs for Newborn size and 16” circular needle for all other sizes
US #6 / 4mm 16” circular and DPNs*
(or as required to achieve gauge)
Alternatively you can use the magic loop technique to knit in the round using a single long circular needle.
