Knit sideways this hat is knit in an 8 row pattern that is all K and P with only one addition, Kfb increases and K2tog on the ends of the rows to form an odd-shaped piece of knitting that when sewn together makes a beautiful swirled hat for young and old.
Instructions are easy to follow and making one toque takes a mere hours.
Make from any weight of yarn and in any size by just adjusting the height by adding or subtracting the number of cast on stitches. Vary the width of the hat to fit any head circumference by adjusting the number of repeats of the pattern you work.
