Worsted Weight (#4) Cotton Yarn in 2 colors; MC – 20 yards and CC – 10 yards
Crochet Hook Size 5 mm or size to obtain gauge
Scissors
Tape Measure
Tapestry Needle
GAUGE: 8 DC sts x 4 rows = 2 inches
FINISHED MEASUREMENT: 5 inches (in diameter)

CC – Contrasting Color
Ch(s) – Chain(s)
DC – Double Crochet
MR – Magic Ring
R – Row/Round
Rep – Repeat
RS – Right Side

WS – Wrong Side
SPECIAL STITCHES
ETC – Extended Treble Crochet – yarn over hook 2 times, insert hook in next st, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and draw through 1 loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops; rep from * to * until 1 loop remains on hook.
NOTES
