Construction:

This sweater is a top-down hybrid. It starts with a provisional cast on with waste yarn.The yoke of this pattern is worked first bottom up with a provisional cast on; since decreases are incorporated in the yoke design itself they are less noticeable than increases, and then the provisional cast on is unraveled and body and sleeves are worked top down, making it easier to customize the length.

The pullover is knit entirely in the round.
